General Description: The Luxe Nomad/Nisade operates a well-established owner and property management division, featuring diverse properties across Asia. In response to challenges posed by the pandemic and with the renewed purpose through partnership with The Luxe Nomad, we aim to enhance Property Management and the overall Owner & Guest Experience, redefining standards in the hospitality industry. Primary Responsibilities: - Accurately process reservations and send confirmation letters. - Handle incoming calls related to reservations, room requests, and inquiries. - Stay informed about resort events, activities, dining options, and rental availability. - Optimize revenue within operational constraints. - Manage the customer database and maintain regular communication with teams. - Collaborate with the front office team. - Employ sales techniques to process and confirm bookings. - Address guest issues and complaints empathetically, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
